J.I.M.S. Incorporated provides sophisticated fourslide stamping, fourslide tooling, and multislide metal stamping services. Our fourslide stamping process allows us to create completely customized parts for a wide variety of projects to suit the needs of near-limitless applications.
Why Choose J.I.M.S. Incorporated for Your Fourslide Tooling Needs?
At J.I.M.S. Incorporated, we care about the needs of our customers and strive to ensure that your custom metal stamped parts are delivered to you on time and within budget, every time we have the pleasure of serving you.
Types of Parts That Can Be Created with Fourslide Stamping
Multislide and fourslide tooling can create many types of products, including:
- Electrical and battery contacts
- Flat springs
- Metal clips
- Metal stampings
- Spring clips
- Wire forms
- Connectors
- Metal clamps
We have the ability to create completely custom metal stampings built to your project specifications. We can help you design metal parts from the ground up, and we'll produce a prototype that you can look at, feel, and test out before moving forward with your low to high volume run.
Benefits of Fourslide Stamping for Your Project
Multislide and fourslide stamping can help you meet your project needs with top-quality materials, precise part designs, and efficient production. Depending on the needs of your project, fourslide tooling allows for the production of 30 to 250+ parts per minute.
Fourslide tooling allows you to create:
- More complex metal parts
- Uniform parts that are consistent from one piece to the next
- Lower tooling cost compared to other manufacturing methods
- High-quality, precision-made parts
- Less waste and scrap metal
- High-speed runs
- Low to high volume runs
- More affordable parts when compared to other metal stamping processes
There are many reasons to choose fourslide metal stamping for your project. Metal parts are stronger than plastic and tend to withstand more wear and tear. Since many industries use parts in applications where strength and reliability is key, metal is frequently the material of choice. A metal component won't break, crack, split, or melt like a similar part made from plastic might under the same type of stress.
We specialize in the precision forming of customized metal parts, springs, wireforms, progressive stampings, Fourslide parts, and mechanical assemblies.
We have extensive experience in creating custom-made metal products designed to meet high-demand applications.
Competitive Pricing
We know you need to keep your project in-budget. Our competitive pricing structure is designed to be affordable for companies of all sizes with or without limited resources. Discuss your budget with our team to discover value-added solutions that work for your business.

New to Multislide & Fourslide?
The Basics of Fourslide Stamping:
Multislide and fourslide metal stamping is a process that "stamps" or "cuts" and bends a designed part from sheet metal. First, the metal strip from which the part will be made is automatically fed into the machine and passes through the “die area” where any cutting needs to take place. It then proceeds to the “forming area” where the bending happens and the part is cut off (separated from the strip). The fourslide stamping process allows for a complete metal part to be made in fractions of a second and can be adjusted for both low-volume or high-volume runs of mass-produced parts.
What Kind of Products Are Metal Stamped Parts Found In?
Metal stamping is a standard process for the creation of unique metal parts needed for many applications. Metal stampings can be used to assemble furniture, build electronics, construct buildings, and in the cases of medical devices, save lives.
Fourslide metal parts are often found in:
- Household appliances like dishwashers, refrigerators and freezers, washers and dryers, and small kitchen appliances
- Motor vehicles, in both the engine and interior
- Home construction products, like hinges, brackets, locks, pipe clamps, etc.
- Restaurant and hospitality products, like ice makers, ovens, and microwaves
- Furniture that requires assembly, such as sectional sofas, office chairs, desks, bed frames, etc.
- Computers and electronics, including laptops, desktop computers, tablets, smartphones, headphones, and remote controls
Industries We Serve
We enjoy being able to provide custom metal stamping services to many industries, such as:
- Automotive/motor vehicle
- Aerospace/engineering
- Construction

Our Multislide Process
Our friendly service representatives will discuss your needs and help you decide on the material(s) that will work best for your specific application. We also provide in-house design, assembly, pre-production prototypes, and tapping. Our outsourced services include plating, heat trading, and deburring.
Multislide machines are very similar to fourslide machines. Not only can they do everything a fourslide machine can do, but they also are more versatile and allow for the manufacture of more complex parts.
